This Refund Policy applies to purchases on PayStubNest, operated by PayStubNest.com.
1. Try before you pay
Every pay stub can be previewed for free before it is unlocked. Please review the preview carefully before you use a credit or a plan allowance.
2. Credit packs and credit top-ups
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@paystubnest.com with your invoice number.
- Credits already used to unlock a pay stub are not refundable, because the document has been delivered.
- A partial refund removes the corresponding unused credits from your balance.
3. Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- A renewal charge can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not unlocked any pay stub in the new period.
4. Errors on our side
If a pay stub cannot be delivered, or a calculation error is caused by the Service, we will restore the credit or refund the charge.
5. No refunds for misuse
Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for any refund.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider they can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Contact support@paystubnest.com before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly.
