Employers, small businesses, self-employed people, contractors and bookkeepers who need accurate, professional pay stubs for their payroll records. It is a record-keeping tool: it does not pay wages, file taxes or verify anyone's income.

Enter the pay details (hourly or salary) and the withholding elections. Federal income tax, state income tax, Social Security and Medicare are calculated automatically by the GeoVerio payroll engine from the published withholding tables, and year-to-date totals are carried forward from stub to stub. Always review the preview before you download.

Tax years 2025 and 2026, using the federal and state withholding tables loaded in the payroll engine. Pay dates outside the supported tax years cannot be calculated.

Only for pay stubs that reflect real, accurate payroll information for pay that was actually issued or received. Creating a pay stub to misrepresent income or to deceive a landlord, lender, employer or government agency is prohibited, and accounts that do so are terminated without refund.
